32 weeks...going on 33

Time is flying by these last few months. And I am scrambling to get last minute items picked up here and there. The list is never ending.

The nursery is slowly coming along - we have painted, hung shelves, assembled the crib, hung the monitor, put up part of the decal (Dino decided that will be his project to work on) and stuffed the closet full of odds and ends - it's like an avalanche every time I open the door. I still need to pick up a night stand/bookshelf and some items for closet organization. And maybe in another 3 or 4 weeks I will start to wash the itty bitty clothes, etc.

My belly seems to be growing at a rapid rate now and I am still amazed at how it can just keep going...
The little monster is very active, especially at night. Overall I am still feeling pretty good, except for the tiredness, so I really can't complain.

Janessa & Vann came up for a visit this past weekend - Thursday till Monday morning. It was so much fun to have the little guy here. He is always so happy - it just lights up your day! We got in lots of snuggle time with him and Janessa helped me do a bit of shopping. During the day, Uncle Dino (or Uncle "Clean-o" as Janessa now calls him) would run around the house ranting about the mess and picking up toys, etc :-) And at night, he was the baby whisperer and cuddled Vann to sleep while they watched Animal Planet. It was good practice for him! We can't wait for them to visit again in March.

Vann also got in a little play time with little Oliver Giorgi. Oliver is 2 months older than Vann.

2 years!

Happy 2nd Anniversary to us! Wow...it seems like just yesterday.
They have been 2 very happy years :-)
Thanks to Dino for all his love and all the little extras he does for me. XOXO

Vann's new moves

I finally figured out how to use iMovie to rotate this clip we took of Vann at Christmas (click the arrows in the lower right corner to play full screen - sorry the resolution isn't that great).

He started doing the cutest little "head bob" dance (I think he borrowed it from Stevie Wonder). He will do it when he is happy or for no reason at all or another time he was crying and then he stopped instantly and did his little dance. Funny kid! It's even cuter with his Pookie Toquie on :-)
